  Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30, 1991) more popularly known as his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott), is an American artist, rapper, songwriter, and record producer. His stage name is a amalgamation of the name of his beloved uncle and the initials of Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott signed his first major label contract in 2012, with Epic Records. He signed a recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April 2013. He signed a contract for joint-recording with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's debut album Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in the year 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released his debut full-length album, Owl Pharaoh. He followed it up with Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo, his debut studio album included the hit song "Antidote". His follow-up album called Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016), became his first album to reach the top spot on the Billboard 200. Scott has released his second album with Quavo, Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album was the third album he had recorded with Astroworld. He also released his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which included Drake. In the latter part of 2019, Scott's record label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys, which topped the Billboard 200. Following the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott was the first performer on The Hot 100 to have three songs hit the top spot within a year.
