Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker and former stand-up comedian and JoAnn Cook, a cooking instructor and weaver. She is a part-Italian and from Italian descent. Cook was first seen for the first time in a public service advertisement for foster care when she was seven years old. She started her career as an infant model when she was 10 and was featured in national ads for Target and on Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School.
